What we collect
Depending on the feature you use, we may collect your email, name, phone number, shipping address, order details and payment status, plus a preferred shade when you join the wishlist.
How we use it
We use data to process orders and delivery, provide support, send launch updates, and—only with consent—understand site performance and send marketing communications.
Third parties
We use Supabase for data storage and member services, ECPay and PayPal for payments, and—after consent—Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand site performance.
Retention
Order and transaction data is kept as needed for accounting, tax and support obligations. Wishlist data is kept until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed. Tracking choices remain in your browser.
Unsubscribe and deletion
You can unsubscribe from launch updates or marketing messages at any time, and request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. We may verify your identity before processing a request.
